BEECH 99/1900 HISTORY
B & G Industries is up to the challenge on the Beechcraft 99 and 1900 series airframe. Having previously dabbled in structural repairs, in 2019 B & G dove headfirst into structural repairs, cargo modifications, and scheduled maintenance and inspections. Since then B & G has completed six 1900D cargo modifications in conjunction with performing the 1900 Series Structural Inspections: A through I, Time-Limited Inspections, Time-Limited Major Maintenance, and Continuous Inspection Program Routine and 1st-6th 200-Hour-Interval Detailed Inspections required for return to service of a fleet that had been parked since 2015 in addition to major structural repairs supporting operational fleet aircraft.

B & G Industries staff possesses thorough knowledge of 99 and 1900 series Airliner Maintenance Library.
Extensive Beech 99/1900 maintenance and repair history dealing with all facets of the aircraft.
Work performed for multiple operators on multiple aircraft, with many worked on a repetitive basis.
Full cargo conversions.

NAS 410 certified Level II Eddy Current, Liquid penetrant, and Magnetic Particle (stationary and portable) in-house Inspection capability.

Capable of performing repairs on engine mount trusses, exhaust stacks, engine anti-ice inlet lip assemblies, door frames, and other minor component repairs.
Extensive experience with minor and major structural repairs and alterations.
Minor and major loose/working/oversized fasteners, cold-working, and structural component fabrication and replacement, SRM repairs, AC 43.13 repairs, Textron field repairs, and in-house repair design/DER supported repairs from nose to tail and wing tip to wing tip.
Repairs and component replacement on all areas of the 1900 series aircraft
Ranging from major fuselage frames and ribs, to bonded belly area extensive repairs, to empennage spars and attach fittings, and from wing skins, to wing main ribs, to nacelle and wing keel webs, to wing spars, skins, and spar splices, as well as repairs to all control surfaces and repairs to composite components.
Aircraft Maintenance, Calibration and system checks.
Aircraft weighing, compass calibration, propeller dynamic balancing, pressurization system and leak/leak rate checks.
